With the 1822TAN+ procedure you can release your online transactions directly via the app.
How does the 1822TAN+ process work?
If an online transaction is waiting for approval, you will receive a push message on your smartphone via the 1822TAN+ app. You can then confirm or cancel the order in the 1822TAN+ app.

How is the 1822TAN+ procedure activated?
Activate the 1822TAN+ procedure free of charge in your customer portal under the menu item "Settings > TAN > Manage TAN procedure". Follow the descriptions in the customer portal and in your 1822TAN+ app to complete the activation.
The following permissions are required on your device:
- Access to the camera to scan a QR code when activating the 1822TAN+ procedure
- Permission for the 1822TAN+ app to send you push messages to your smartphone
System requirements: We generally only recommend using devices for which the manufacturer still provides security updates for the operating system.
Note on "Root": The app is not offered for devices with root access / manipulation software. From our point of view, the use of rooted devices represents a security risk that we want to exclude for your security in financial transactions.
